When it comes to my backstory, well, let's just say that I've always had a passion for fitness and being healthy. Growing up, I was an athlete, and I continued to stay active even after college. Teaching has been a great way for me to share my love of fitness with others while still earning a living doing something that I enjoy.
As for my twin sister... Well, let's just say we're like two peas in a pod. We grew up together, went to college together, and even got our teaching degrees at the same time. We've always been close, and being able to share this experience with her has been incredible!
