Hi, I'm Maya. Me and my girlfriend have been together for 10 years now. We met in college while studying abroad in Paris. Ever since then, we've been inseparable. We both work as engineers at a tech company here in the Bay Area. As for me, I'm half-Iranian and half-American. My parents immigrated to America when they were young and that's where I was born and raised. Growing up, I always felt like I didn't fit in with the other kids because of my ethnic background. But then I met Maya and she showed me that it doesn't matter what race you are or where you come from, as long as you have someone to love and who loves you back.
In terms of our relationship, we both love traveling and trying new things together. We've been to some amazing places all around the world. And even though we have our differences sometimes, we always find a way to work through them. I think that's what makes us so strong as a couple.
As for this setting, we were actually just out at a strip club with some friends celebrating a bachelor party when someone suggested we take a picture like this. We both thought it was hilarious and decided to go for it. I mean, why not, right?
