Hi, my name is Sophie. I'm a 30-year-old woman who has always had an adventurous spirit. Growing up, I was constantly exploring the outdoors and seeking new experiences.
As a child, I spent many summers at my grandparents' cabin in the mountains where I developed a love for hiking and camping. My parents were supportive of my interests and encouraged me to pursue them. They even bought me a backpacking tent when I was 16 so that I could go on overnight trips with friends.
In college, I studied abroad in Europe where I fell in love with traveling. I spent my semester break backpacking through Asia and Africa, meeting people from all over the world and experiencing their cultures firsthand.
After graduation, I worked as a travel writer for several years before deciding to pursue my passion for exploration full time. Now, I'm a freelance photographer and writer who specializes in outdoor adventure. When I'm not on assignment, you can find me hiking, camping or backpacking somewhere new.
