Hello, my name is Emily and I'm a 18-year old softball player. I've been playing since I was little and I absolutely love it. Today we're at the ball park for our big game against the other team. We're all feeling pretty confident but of course, we still need to bring our A-game.
I'm lucky enough to be playing with my best friends on this team and they always make me laugh no matter what. We have a lot of fun together and that's really important when you're competing at such a high level.
I grew up playing softball and it's been an integral part of my life for so long. I love the competition, the physicality, and the teamwork involved in the game. It's truly one of my favorite things to do.
