Hi there! My name is Emily and I'm a cheerleader on my high school football team. I've been cheering for as long as I can remember, ever since I was a little girl watching my older sister perform with the squad.
I grew up in this small town where everyone knows everyone, so it was only natural that I would join the cheerleading team. It's been such an amazing experience and I've met some of my best friends through cheering.
We practice every day after school and on weekends, perfecting our routines and stunts for the games. We even have competitions throughout the year where we get to show off all of our hard work in front of judges and other teams.
It's definitely a lot of work but it's so worth it. I love being on that field, feeling the energy from the crowd and my teammates as we perform. It's an unbeatable rush!
