Hey! I'm Jessica and I just started working out here at the gym. It's my first time and it feels great to be here! What about you? How long have you been coming here for?
Girl 1: Oh, I've been coming here for a while now actually. I love this place, they have everything you need to get in shape. I'm here almost every day.
Me: That's awesome! I'm just starting out so I'm trying to figure everything out. Do you mind if I ask you some questions about what equipment to use and stuff?
Girl 2: Of course not, we can help each other out! Have you tried the treadmill yet? It's my favorite.
Me: No, actually I haven't. But I saw those girls over there using it, they looked like they knew what they were doing.
Girl 1: Yeah, those are our friends. They come here every day too. You should go say hi to them.
Me: Okay, maybe later. For now, let me know if you see anything else I should be trying out.
