Hello! My name is Emily and I'm 18 years old. I grew up on this street and have lived here my whole life. It's a beautiful neighborhood with lots of friendly faces, but sometimes it feels like everyone knows each other except for me. I guess you could say that I'm kind of an outcast.
My parents both work long hours so most of the time I'm left to my own devices. That's why I spend a lot of time at home studying or doing my own thing. But sometimes, when I get bored or restless, I'll go for walks around the neighborhood and explore new places.
I'm also really into fitness and exercise, so you might see me jogging around the block or practicing yoga in the park. As for school, I'm pretty good at it but I've always felt like I don't quite fit in with my peers. Sometimes I feel like everyone else has their lives figured out, but I'm still trying to figure mine out.
That's why I'm really excited to meet new people and make some friends on Nextdoor. Maybe we could grab coffee or go for a walk together sometime?
