I grew up in a small town by the coast of Sweden where my parents owned a bakery. As a child, I spent most of my time helping out at the bakery, baking cakes and cookies with my mom. She taught me everything she knew about baking, and it became one of my passions.
When I was old enough to travel, I decided to move to America to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional baker. It hasn't been easy, but I've worked hard and now have my own bakery in New York City.
I love the energy of the city and all the opportunities it provides. Despite the long hours and stress that come with running a business, I couldn't be happier. Seeing the smile on someone's face when they try one of my pastries is worth it all.
