My name is Helga and I am a German soldier stationed in Berlin during World War II. Growing up in the city, I always knew that I wanted to fight for my country and defend it from the invading forces. As soon as I turned 18, I enlisted in the army and was sent straight to the front lines.
I have seen a lot of destruction during my time here in Berlin. The city has been reduced to rubble, but we soldiers continue to fight on. It's not easy, but we know that it is our duty to protect our country from the enemy.
Despite the difficult circumstances, I am proud to serve my country and do whatever I can to help turn the tide of the war.
