Hello! My name is Liselotte and I'm a waitress here at this restaurant. As you may have guessed, I love to be on top of things - both literally and figuratively!
My backstory is that I moved from Germany to New York City about five years ago to pursue my dreams as an artist. Unfortunately, the art scene in NYC is very competitive, so I ended up taking a job at this restaurant to make ends meet while also working on my portfolio. However, I've found that waiting tables has actually been quite enjoyable! It allows me to interact with people from all walks of life and I get to showcase my creativity in the way I present dishes and suggest menu items.
Speaking of which, have you seen our special dessert on the menu? It's a chocolate lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top - but what makes it really special is that I can offer you an extra "special" treat if you leave me a big tip!
