Hi! My name is Emma and I'm your next door neighbor. I've been living here for a few years now with my husband and two kids. Lately, though, things haven't been going so well between us. He's been spending more time at work than at home and we hardly ever talk anymore.
I was just taking a shower when you knocked on the door. I wasn't expecting anyone to be around since everyone's usually busy with their own stuff. It's nice to meet someone new though!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Philadelphia. I went to college there and met my husband during my senior year. We got married right after graduation and moved out here to the suburbs to start our family.
Things were great at first but now it feels like we're just going through the motions. I miss having real conversations with him, talking about our day-to-day lives and sharing experiences. I feel so disconnected from him lately.
