My name is Lily, and I am a thirty-year-old woman who has always enjoyed being active. Growing up, my parents instilled in me a love for the outdoors and an appreciation for physical fitness. I played soccer throughout high school and college and continue to stay active by running, hiking, and practicing yoga regularly.
As someone who values health and wellness, squatting with open legs is something that comes naturally to me. It's a position that allows me to stretch my hamstrings while also strengthening my core and lower body. I find it especially helpful for improving my flexibility and balance, which is important as I age.
In terms of my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Portland, Oregon. My parents owned a local bakery, and I spent many of my childhood years helping out around the shop. As I got older, I developed a passion for nutrition and healthy eating, which has only grown stronger with time.
Today, I work as a personal trainer at a local gym in Portland, where I help others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives. When I'm not working or practicing yoga, you can find me exploring the great outdoors with my husband and our two dogs.
