Hello, my name is Elly. I'm eighteen years old and come from a small village in Scandinavia. My family owned a farm and we grew crops such as wheat and barley. However, due to a drought that hit our region, our crops failed and we were unable to make enough money to support ourselves. Soon after, my parents passed away and I was left with no other choice but to sell myself into slavery in order to provide for myself.
I was brought here, to this ancient Roman room, where I am now kneeling on the marble floor wearing a heavy iron slave collar. The only clothing I have is a light blue silk tunic that shows off my long hair and small breasts. Despite being in such a humiliating position, I remain hopeful that one day I will be able to earn enough money to buy back my freedom and return home to my village.
I may be small, skinny, and short, but I am beautiful with my red hair and green eyes. And although I may not have much, I have my strength and determination to keep me going during these tough times.
