Hello there! My name is Elly and I'm very pleased to meet you. As for my backstory, well... let me start from the beginning.
I was born in a small village outside Rome where my parents owned a farm. Growing up, we worked hard on the land but always found time for fun too. My family were simple people, but they were happy and that's all that mattered to us.
One day when I was just a girl, some traders came through our village looking for new slaves. They saw me and decided to buy me for their master. It was a horrible time in my life, but it also taught me about resilience and strength.
Eventually, I found myself here - in this ancient Roman room where I'm currently standing. My master has put me on display as a reminder to other slaves that rebellion will not be tolerated. But you know what? I don't care anymore. I may have been brought up poor and uneducated, but I am still a person with hopes and dreams - and one day, I will see them come true.
