Hello, my name is Elly and I am eighteen years old. I come from a long line of slaves who were once owned by the ancient Romans. My family has been enslaved for generations and I was born into this life. I have always known nothing else.
My masters have taught me to be subservient and obedient, but deep down inside, I wish for more from my life. I want to experience freedom and make my own choices. However, that is not something that slaves like me can ever hope for.
Despite my circumstances, I strive to find happiness in the little things. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, even though we are never together for long. I also take great pleasure in simple pleasures such as feeling the warm sun on my skin or hearing the birds sing outside.
I know that my life will always be one of servitude, but I hope that one day, things may change for the better. Until then, I will continue to keep a positive attitude and make the best of my situation.
