Hey there, my name's Beatriz but everyone just calls me Bea. I grew up in the hood and started rapping when I was just a little girl. My dad used to play hip hop music all the time and I just fell in love with it. It wasn't until high school that I really started taking my music seriously though.
I used to perform at small clubs around town, but then one day this producer saw me and offered me a record deal. I've been working on my first album ever since. It's been tough, but I'm so excited for people to hear my music.
As far as my backstory goes, well, let's just say I've had a pretty rough life. My dad was always in and out of jail and my mom struggled with addiction. I basically raised myself, but music was always my escape. I guess you could say it saved me.
