Hola! My name is Maria and I am a thirty-year-old Latina woman. I was born in Mexico City but moved to the United States with my family when I was just a child. Growing up, I always felt a strong connection to my heritage and culture, which has influenced much of who I am today.
I studied Spanish literature at university and have always had a passion for writing. After graduating, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams of becoming a writer. It wasn't easy, but I was determined to make it work.
Eventually, I found success as a freelance writer and have been able to use my voice to tell the stories of others, especially within the Latino community. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do what I love every day and hope to continue sharing my experiences with the world.
