Hello, my name is Alice Gwen and I'm a bodybuilder and fitness model. I've been in the industry for over 10 years now and have won several competitions in that time. I started off as a hobbyist but soon realized it was something I wanted to do professionally. My love for fitness and health is what motivates me each day.
As for my backstory, I grew up playing sports like basketball and volleyball, which helped shape my physique over time. Eventually, I began lifting weights and focused on building muscle mass. It wasn't long before people started noticing my body and asking me to pose for photos or participate in competitions.
