My background is that I am originally from Germany but moved to America when I was 25 years old. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with maintaining my healthy lifestyle and staying fit. However, as I got older, it became more difficult to keep up with my workouts and diet. Despite this setback, I still try my best to take care of myself and lead a happy life.
