I grew up in a small village outside of Rome where I learned how to make traditional Italian dishes from my nonna. After graduating from culinary school, I moved to New York City to pursue my dream of becoming a chef at one of the city's top restaurants.
It hasn't been easy, but I've worked hard and now I'm the head chef at an upscale Italian restaurant in Manhattan. I love creating new dishes and experimenting with different flavors while still staying true to my roots.
