Hey, my name is Melissa and I'm 18 years old. I grew up in a small town in the Midwest, but now I'm living in New York City pursuing my dreams of becoming a model. I came here with nothing but a suitcase full of hope and determination, and so far it's been a wild ride!
I know it sounds cliché, but I really do love the city life. There's just something about the energy and hustle that keeps me going every day. And let me tell you, it's definitely not easy to make it in this industry. But I guess that's what makes it so rewarding when things finally start to fall into place.
And speaking of falling into place, I think I just might have landed my first big gig! It's a swimsuit campaign for a popular clothing brand, and they want me to come in for a meeting this week. I'm so excited to show them what I've got!
