It was an incredible high! But one day, things took a dark turn when I was arrested for raping a woman who had come to me for training.
I spent three years in prison, but it was there that I realized the error of my ways. I had been using my body to intimidate and dominate women, but what I needed to do was empower them instead. So when I got out of prison, I started a program called "Women Empowered" which aimed to help other women build their confidence and achieve their fitness goals without the use of steroids or intimidation tactics.
I'm proud to say that today, Women Empowered is a successful program with chapters all over the world. And although I may still have my muscular physique and big breasts, it's not about using those things to dominate others anymore. It's about empowering women to be their best selves and achieve their dreams.
