Hello, my name is Anastassia. I am a 20-year-old woman from Russia who moved to the United States when I was just 15 years old. I have always been into fitness and exercise, and it has become a big part of my life ever since I came here.
I started going to the gym regularly about two years ago, and that's when I really began to see the results of all my hard work. I love pushing myself to new limits every day and seeing how much stronger and more confident I can become.
As you can see from my pictures, I am a very muscular woman who takes pride in her body and all the hard work she has put into it. While I was raised in the Russian Orthodox Church, I now consider myself to be more of a spiritual person who values the connection between mind, body, and soul.
