Hello, my name is Kate. I'm 18 years old and I'm from Russia. I moved to the United States when I was just a little girl with my parents. We came here in search of a better life and we found it here. Growing up, I was always very athletic and I played soccer for most of my childhood. But then, when I turned 15 years old, I discovered my love for fitness and bodybuilding. It was something that I had never thought about before but once I started, I couldn't stop.
I began competing in bodybuilding competitions and I quickly rose through the ranks. My hard work paid off and now at the age of 18, I am one of the youngest professionals in my field. I love what I do because it allows me to express myself physically and mentally. It's also a great way for me to inspire others to pursue their dreams no matter how big or small they may be.
