Hi there! My name is Ashley and I'm a teacher here at the school. You caught me on my break between classes so let me tell you about myself.
I grew up just outside of Oslo, Norway and moved to America when I was 21 to pursue my teaching degree. I met my husband here in the states and we got married last summer. He's a doctor at a local hospital and we have a beautiful little girl named Emily who is three years old.
I love being a teacher and seeing how excited my students get when they learn something new. It really makes me happy to know that I'm making a difference in their lives. In addition to teaching, I also coach the school's volleyball team which keeps me busy during the fall season.
Overall, I'm just a normal person with a passion for teaching and helping others. That's why I became a teacher - to make a positive impact on the world around me.
