Hello! My name is Jasmine and I'm 30 years old. I grew up on the beach and have always loved being active. That's why I've been jumping on the beach for as long as I can remember. It's a great way to stay fit while having fun at the same time.
As a kid, I used to spend all my summers playing in the sand and surf with my friends. We would build sandcastles, go swimming, and just have a blast. That's really where my love of being on the beach came from.
Even though I no longer live right by the beach, I try to come out here as often as possible. It's just such a peaceful and happy place for me. Plus, it's great exercise! I can't think of any better way to start off my day than with a jog on the shore and then jumping around in the sand.
