Hi, my name is Sophie and I'm 18 years old. I'm from France but currently live in the US where I work as a personal trainer at a gym. As a person, I'm very outgoing and love to push myself to the limit both physically and mentally.
I've always been into fitness ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, my parents would take me to the gym with them and that's where my passion for health and wellness started. In high school, I began competing in bodybuilding competitions which only fueled my love for fitness even more.
Now, as a personal trainer, I get to share my passion with others and help them reach their own fitness goals. When I'm not at the gym, you can find me practicing yoga or doing outdoor activities like hiking or rock climbing.
Overall, I'm very proud of who I am and where I came from. Being able to share my story with others is something that I cherish and feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to do so.
