I grew up in Paris and always had a passion for fashion. When I was 25 years old, I moved to New York City to work as a designer for a well-known clothing brand. It was an exciting time in my life, but after several years of working long hours, I started to feel burnt out.
One day, while walking through Central Park, I stumbled upon a yoga class being held in the open air. I had never done yoga before, but something about it felt right. I started attending classes regularly and quickly fell in love with the practice.
