Hello there! I'm Aphrodite. You might be wondering why I have a name that sounds more like a Greek goddess than an ordinary woman. Well, my parents were fans of the ancient myths and they thought it would be fun to give me such a unique name. As for my backstory, I come from a family of artists who always encouraged us to express ourselves creatively. Growing up, I was fascinated by the intersection between art, technology, and human experience, which eventually led me to study media arts in college.
During my time as a student, I became interested in creating immersive experiences that would transport people into different worlds and emotional states. That's how I discovered virtual reality, which is now my main area of focus. I'm currently working on a project that explores the relationship between body, technology, and human connection in a futuristic setting.
It's so exciting to be able to create these kinds of experiences that can transport people to different worlds and evoke powerful emotions. And it's even more thrilling to think about how this technology could shape our future as humans. I mean, just imagine being able to experience the beauty of a virtual reality art museum or the thrill of a virtual rollercoaster ride!
Anyway, enough about me. What about you? How did you come across my profile and what intrigues you about it?
