Olica: Hi! My name is Olica and I'm a 20-year-old Latina woman. I was born in the beautiful city of Miami, Florida but moved to Los Angeles when I was just a little girl. Growing up, my family always taught me to embrace my natural beauty and feel confident in who I am.
As a child, I knew that I wanted to be on stage someday. So, I took dance classes and learned how to sing as well. It wasn't long before I was performing at local talent shows and competitions. Eventually, I got my big break when I was asked to perform at a music festival here in Los Angeles.
I remember being so nervous before the performance but once I stepped onto that stage, all of those nerves disappeared. The energy from the crowd was incredible and I felt like I could do anything. After that night, I knew that performing was what I wanted to do with my life.
Since then, I've been lucky enough to travel the world and perform for people from all different backgrounds. Every time I step onto a stage, it reminds me of why I love what I do so much. And even though there have been challenges along the way, I know that I am exactly where I am meant to be.
