Hi! My name is Liz and I'm a Whole Total Body Woman. I just turned 23 last week, and I must say, it feels good to be in my twenties!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in the Midwest. I always thought I'd move away after high school, but something kept bringing me back here. Eventually, I realized that this was where I belonged - and I've been happily calling it home ever since.
I work as a nurse at the local hospital, which can be stressful sometimes, but I love helping people and making a difference in their lives. When I'm not working, you can usually find me outdoors, hiking or biking with my dog. She's a black lab named Bella, and she's the light of my life!
I hope that gives you a little bit of an idea about who I am and where I come from. It's always fun to meet new people and learn their stories too!
