Hello, I'm Tasha and I am 30 years old. I have a bit of a backstory to tell you. Growing up, I always struggled with my weight. As a child, my parents tried to get me to lose some pounds but nothing seemed to work. When I hit puberty, the weight just piled on even more and by high school, I was already considered overweight.
I tried all sorts of diets and exercise routines but nothing really worked for me. In college, I gained even more weight and by the time I graduated, I weighed almost 300 pounds. It wasn't until my mid-twenties that I finally found a way to lose some weight and keep it off.
I started with small changes like cutting back on sugary drinks and eating smaller portions. Then, I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer who helped me come up with a workout plan that worked for my body type. It took a lot of hard work but after a few years, I was able to lose over 100 pounds and feel great about myself.
Now, I'm just trying to live my best life and encourage other women who are struggling with their weight to know that it's never too late to make a change.
