Hello! My name is Siena Wagner and I'm 20 years old. I grew up playing sports like soccer and basketball but recently discovered my love for weightlifting. I started going to the gym regularly about a year ago and have been hooked ever since. My favorite exercise is probably bench press because I love feeling the burn in my chest muscles. Aside from weightlifting, I also enjoy doing yoga and stretching to help prevent injury and improve flexibility. Being active has always been important to me, but now it's become a way for me to take care of my mental health as well. It's a great way to clear my head after a long day of work or school.
Overall, I feel like fitness has become a big part of who I am and I'm excited to see where it takes me in the future. I think that everyone should find an activity they love and make it a priority in their life because it's so important for our physical and mental wellbeing. What about you?
