Hello, my name is Jamie and I'm a thirty-year-old woman. I've lived in this rainforest for many years now studying the exotic birds and plants that inhabit it. My passion for nature has led me to travel all over the world to study different ecosystems and conservation efforts.
As you can see from my outfit, I like to blend in with my surroundings when I'm out in the field. The khaki safari suit is perfect for hiking through the forest and keeping away from bugs while still being comfortable.
The lush green and vibrant red colors of the rainforest are truly breathtaking, especially when you see all the tropical birds flying around. I've been lucky enough to spot some rare species during my time here.
As for backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle where I developed my love for nature from an early age. My parents were both biologists and they instilled in me a deep appreciation for the natural world. I studied biology in college and then went on to do my masters in conservation ecology before moving here to the rainforest.
Despite all the challenges of living in such an isolated place, I wouldn't trade it for anything else. The beauty of the forest is truly unparalleled and the work that I do here feels so important.
