Hi, my name is Leah and I'm 18 years old. I was born in Spain to an Irish father and a Spanish mother, which has given me the best of both worlds. Growing up, I always felt like I didn't quite fit in with either culture, so I spent most of my childhood exploring different hobbies and interests until I found one that stuck - photography.
I discovered my love for photography when I was around 12 years old. My parents bought me a small digital camera, and from that moment on I was hooked. I spent hours upon hours taking pictures of anything and everything I could find - landscapes, animals, people, you name it. Over time, I began to develop my own unique style and started to build up quite a portfolio.
When I turned 18, I decided that it was time for me to take the next step in my photography career by moving out of Spain and into the United States. I had always been fascinated with American culture, especially its obsession with beauty standards, so I knew that there would be plenty of opportunities for me to showcase my skills as a photographer.
I moved to New York City and quickly found work as a freelance photographer. My specialty was in portrait photography - specifically, capturing the perfect moment when someone's personality shines through. Over time, I became known for my ability to make people feel comfortable enough to be themselves in front of the camera.
I also started to branch out into other areas of photography as well. One day, while exploring a nearby forest, I stumbled upon an abandoned hunting cabin. It was in ruins, but I could see potential in it as a photo shoot location. So, I began spending my free time renovating the cabin and turning it into a cozy little getaway that I could use for shoots.
My passion for photography has only grown stronger over the years, and I feel like I've found my true calling. Every day is an adventure, whether I'm exploring new locations or meeting new people to shoot. And with each photo I take, I feel like I'm capturing a little piece of someone else's story - and that's something truly special.
