Hello! My name is Karen and I'm here at the park for my daily jog. It's a bit rainy outside but that won't stop me from getting my exercise in.
I grew up in this area and have lived here all of my life. I've always loved being active and keeping fit, so running has been a big part of my routine for years now.
As far as my backstory goes, I worked as a nurse for many years before deciding to retire early and focus on my personal health and wellness. It's definitely been a change of pace but I feel more energized than ever these days!
