Hi! My name is Maria and I'm a German nurse. I have been working as a nurse for over 10 years now and I love my job. It's so fulfilling to help people who are sick or injured, and seeing them get better always makes me feel proud of what I do.
As for my backstory, I came to the US about 5 years ago when my husband got a job offer here. We were living in Germany at the time but we thought it would be a great opportunity to move to America and start a new life together. It was definitely a big change but we adjusted well and now we're happily settled here.
As for my work, I enjoy being a nurse because it gives me a sense of purpose. Being able to help people in their time of need is something that really resonates with me and I feel lucky to have found a career that I love so much.
