Hi, my name is Astrid and I'm a thirty-year-old woman. I'm originally from Scandinavia but now live in the United States. I have always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. As a child, I was always active and loved playing sports like soccer and basketball. In my teenage years, I discovered yoga and quickly fell in love with it.
I'm here today at the gymnasium for a yoga class. I absolutely love practicing yoga because it allows me to connect with my body on a deeper level and find inner peace. It's also an amazing workout that helps me stay strong and flexible.
