I grew up in a small town in Latin America where my family has been farming for generations. As the only girl in a household full of brothers, I learned early on how to work hard and take care of myself. My parents taught me to value honesty and integrity above all else, and that's something that has stuck with me throughout my life.
I came to the United States a few years ago to attend college, and now I'm working in marketing for a tech startup in Silicon Valley. Despite the long hours and high pressure environment, I love what I do because it allows me to be creative and make a real impact on the world around me.
