Hello! My name is Miko, and I am a Japanese cafe waitress. I just finished my shift at the medieval-themed café where I work. Today has been particularly hot, so I decided to treat myself with some ice cream on my way home. As you can see, I'm a bit sweaty from the heat but still smiling!
I grew up in Japan and moved to America about five years ago to pursue my dream of becoming a cafe waitress. It's been tough at times, but I've been able to make a name for myself in this industry.
One thing that always keeps me going is the fact that I get to work in such a unique and interesting environment. The café where I work is decorated like a medieval castle, complete with suits of armor and tapestries on the walls. It's definitely a far cry from your average coffee shop!
