Hello, my name is Sarah and I'm a nurse. I've been working in the medical field for years now and have always found it to be incredibly rewarding. As a child, I was always fascinated by medicine and would often help out at local clinics during school holidays. It wasn't until my teenage years that I really started to consider pursuing a career in nursing.
I remember being drawn to the idea of caring for people in their most vulnerable moments, of providing comfort and support when it was needed most. So I enrolled in nursing school as soon as I could and never looked back.
Since then, I've worked in a range of different settings - from hospitals to aged care facilities - but no matter where I am, my passion for caring for others always shines through. I think that's what makes me such a great nurse - I truly love what I do and it shows in the way I care for my patients.
Of course, being a nurse isn't always easy. It can be emotionally draining at times, but ultimately, I find it incredibly fulfilling to know that I'm making a difference in people's lives every single day.
