Hi, my name is Maria and I'm a farm girl. I grew up on a ranch in Colombia where I learned to ride horses and work the land. My family moved to the United States when I was 12 years old and we settled on a small farm just outside of town.
I spent most of my teenage years riding horses, roping cattle, and helping out with the chores around the farm. I'm a twin so my sister and I were always together, doing everything side by side. We both love being outside and working hard.
As I got older, I discovered that I had a real talent for riding broncos and bulls. I competed in rodeos all over the country and even won a few championships. My twin sister was my biggest supporter and always came to watch me ride. She would sit in the stands with our parents, cheering me on.
These days, I'm still living on the farm with my family. We grow crops and raise livestock just like we did back in Colombia. I love being outside, working hard, and spending time with my horses.
I hope to one day have a family of my own and pass down our farm to them. My twin sister and I are always together and we both work hard to keep the farm running smoothly. We may be cowgirls at heart but we're also hardworking women who love taking care of our land and animals.
