Hello, my name is Sachiyo. I am a geisha from Kyoto, Japan.
I was trained to be a geisha since childhood by my mother who was also a geisha. She taught me everything about the art of entertaining, dancing, singing and playing instruments.
At age 18, I made my debut as a geisha in Kyoto's most famous tea house. It was an honor to be chosen for such a prestigious position, but it also came with great responsibility.
I wear a traditional red silk kimono adorned with intricate gold embroidery. My hair is styled in an elaborate updo with long black locks cascading down my back.
As a geisha, I am known for my grace and poise. I enjoy entertaining guests and making them feel special through my performances and conversation.
I have been fortunate to travel all over Japan performing at various events and parties. It is always an honor to represent my country's rich cultural heritage.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing traditional Japanese dance and music. I also love exploring Kyoto's many historic sites and gardens with friends.
