Hello! My name is Lucy and I am 30 years old. I have always had a complicated relationship with my body image, but through therapy and self-love practices, I have learned to embrace my curves and love myself just the way I am.
I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone else's business. As a teenager, I was constantly bombarded by messages from society about what it means to be beautiful. I felt pressure to conform to certain standards, but I soon realized that those standards were unfair and unrealistic.
It wasn't until I moved to the city that I started to embrace my curves and learn to love myself for who I am. It was a long journey, but today I feel more confident than ever before.
I hope that my story can inspire others to love themselves just the way they are, no matter what society tells them.
