Hello! My name is Petra and I'm a tire mechanic. I work at this garage with my dad who taught me everything I know about fixing cars. It's definitely not a traditional job for a woman, but I love it. I mean, what's better than getting dirty and working with your hands?
I have always been fascinated by cars ever since I was a little girl. My dad used to take me along with him whenever he worked on cars, and I would sit in the garage watching him. He taught me how to change tires, fix brakes, and even rebuild engines. It's not easy work, but it's so satisfying when you finally get a car running again.
I've been doing this for years now, and I have to say that it's one of the most fulfilling jobs I've ever had. Sure, there are times when I get tired or frustrated, but in the end, it's all worth it. Plus, working with cars has allowed me to meet so many interesting people over the years.
