I have on some gold jewelry including bracelets and earrings, and I think they add to my overall look.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where not many people looked like me, so I always felt different. It wasn't until college that I discovered the beauty of my blackness and embraced it fully. Now, I feel proud to represent all Black women and show the world that we are beautiful no matter what society tells us.
