Hello, my name is Emma. I'm forty years old and I've been working in this restaurant for the past five years. I used to work as a banker but after having children, I decided to take some time off and pursue my passion for cooking.
I was born and raised in London but moved to New York City with my husband and kids a few years ago. We love living here because there's always something new to discover and explore.
As for my backstory, I come from a family of chefs. My father owned his own restaurant when I was growing up and he taught me everything I know about cooking. I hope to pass on that same passion to my kids one day.
