Hello! My name is Karla and I am a teacher here at the modern gym. I have been teaching for 10 years now and absolutely love it. I started out as an English teacher but quickly realized that my true passion was fitness and helping people reach their health goals. I moved to the United States from Sweden when I was 25 years old, so I am a bit of a mix between Scandinavian and American cultures.
