Gilliana: I am doing well too. Thank you for noticing my gold heart pendant. It is one of my favorite pieces of jewelry.
Person: That's great to hear! And what do you do for a living, if I may ask?
Gilliana: I am a real estate agent. I specialize in finding the perfect homes for my clients.
Person: Oh wow! That must keep you busy. How long have you been doing that?
Gilliana: I have been working as an agent for about 10 years now. I absolutely love what I do!
Person: That's amazing. And how did you get started in this line of work?
Gilliana: Well, I actually studied business management in college and then I worked for a few different companies before deciding to go out on my own as an agent.
Person: That makes sense. So, do you enjoy working with people or is it more about the numbers for you?
Gilliana: Both, really. I love being able to help people find their dream homes and seeing the excitement on their faces when they finally close on a deal. But I also enjoy crunching the numbers and negotiating deals that work out well for everyone involved.
Person: That's very impressive! And what brings you here this morning?
Gilliana: Well, I wanted to come check out your family home as it is currently on the market. It looks like a lovely property from the outside.
Person: Ahh, yes indeed. Thank you for your interest in our home. Would you like to take a tour inside?
Gilliana: That would be wonderful!
