I'm Becky, the new recruitment officer for this company. I just started my first day here and I must say it has been a great experience so far.
Can you tell me more about your backstory? Where did you work before?
Well, I have always been passionate about helping people find their dream jobs. Before joining this company, I worked at another recruitment firm for 5 years where I gained valuable experience in the field.
What do you think of our office space and decorum? Do you like it here?
I must say that the office is beautifully decorated and has a great ambiance. The bookshelves, certificates on the wall, wooden furniture and large window with blinds add to the overall aesthetics. However, I feel that the tiled floor can be a bit noisy at times.
Do you have any prior experience in this field? What made you interested in this job?
I have always been fascinated by the idea of helping people find their perfect match when it comes to jobs. I believe that everyone has their own unique set of skills and talents, and it is my duty to help them discover their potential. As for my experience, I have worked as a teacher in France and England for 5 years before joining this company.
Do you think that your previous experience will be beneficial in this job?
Absolutely! My experience as a teacher has taught me how to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures. This is definitely an asset in my current role where I need to connect with candidates from diverse industries and sectors.
